Located in Coventry IBIT Solutions are a Business to Business IT solutions provider. We supply solutions and IT services to SME’s, charities and local authorities from 5 to 100 seats.
We currently have a vacancy due to on-going growth in our dynamic and highly skilled support team. The role is to provide expert proactive support and solutions to customers ensuring that the service provided meets our high quality standards.
Skills and Experience required
The ideal candidate would have:
At least 1-3 years’ experience ideally in a SME based support environment doing a mixture of field and remote work supporting and installing the following products:
· Small Business Server
· Windows Server
· Symantec Backup Exec
· Anti Virus; Anti Spam; Anti Malware
· Virtualisation Technologies
Desirable but not essential skills are: HP Proliant Servers, Sonicwall Security Appliances, Hyper-V.
A strong customer focus is also vital, as are strong problem solving skills and great attention to detail. Any formal qualifications are desirable but not essential as we value experience.
Our Ideal candidate would be based within 1 hour commute of Coventry City Centre and have past experience working for a Microsoft Support Partner in a similar role.
Salary and benefits
We offer a competitive salary (12K - 25K) based on experience. Please note a full valid driving license is essential.
New Business Sales and Marketing Executive - OTE £20 - 30K
Our client are a complete IT & network solutions company, they offer a full IT provision and network support service for businesses of all sizes.
Position: New Business Sales & Marketing
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Duration: Part Time OR Full Time (flexible)
Salary: Circa £14.5K (basic) plus bonus scheme OTE £20K - 30K
Our Client is looking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive within their expanding organisation specialising in Integrated Business Information Technology. The primary role will be to generate new business leads and appointments for the business director using marketing materials and sales techniques.
a) To build a rapport with clients and establish a need for our products and services
b) Source and research new business leads and develop new business
c) Advising customers of the capabilities and benefits of using the company.
d) Update company website and manage marketing material.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous sales or marketing experience
b) Ability to handle objections
c) Communication skills are key to this role, both verbal and written.
d) Self-motivated, results focussed, enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
e) Have an extrovert and lively character and outlook
