One of the new features in the Office suite is actually quite a simple thing. After you've used it you'll wonder why it's only appeared in this release!
Many companies have procedure documents and training manuals that invariably involves software. Providing a screenshot of the various steps is a massive help. A picture is worth a thousand words of course!
Previously the only way to get a screenshot into your document/email/presentation without the aid of external software was to leave your Office application, grab the image, then go back to your Office application and insert it.
Sounds simple enough but when you are doing lots of screenshots those precious seconds add up!
Now on the tool bar in Office 2010 you have a screenshot button on the insert tab
Clicking the drop down menu gives you a preview of all your currently open applications so you can grab the entire window straight away, or you can manually clip just the section you want

Sounds pretty simple right?
That's because it is!
The amount of mouse clicks and steps required is vastly reduced meaning your valuable time can be used elsewhere!
